The City Granite Guarantee

City Granite guarantees that any product installed by our craftsmen will be free of open and/or misaligned joints for the lifetime of the product. This lifetime guarantee is not transferable to a new owner. If a repair is necessary, under the terms of the above stated guarantee there will be no cost to the owner.

City Granite, does not guarantee against accidents, abuse or any alterations made to the original installation. We cannot be responsible for any shifting or movement caused by “settling” of your home or commercial building.

Please keep in mind your stone is durable, but not invincible. Abrasives such as sandpaper, diamonds, etc. or even another piece of stone could scratch your stone’s surface.
